Training during pregnancy
With a doctor’s clearance, most people can keep training through pregnancy, and many find it makes the later months easier. Sessions focus on strength you will need (getting up, carrying, squatting), breathing, and keeping the hips and back comfortable. Load and positions change as the pregnancy goes on, and anything lying flat on the back is dropped once your doctor says so.
Sessions are at home, so there is no commute, no crowded gym floor and no heat to deal with.
Coming back after the birth
After the birth, the timing is set by your doctor, not by us. Once cleared, the first weeks are about breathing, gentle core work and walking, then a slow return to strength. If your doctor or physio has diagnosed diastasis recti or pelvic floor problems, the coach works within their guidance and does not replace it.
Feeding, sleep and a newborn make a fixed schedule hard. The coach expects rescheduling and plans for it.
The rules we keep
No first session without written clearance. No pushing through pain, dizziness or bleeding. Nothing the coach is not qualified to judge gets guessed at; it goes back to your doctor. A transportation charge applies to in-person sessions and is quoted by distance, and the programme itself is quoted after a short assessment.
