Privacy policy
This site collects one thing: what you type into the enquiry form. Here is what happens to it.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, the city or area you gave, the goal and training place you picked, the days and times you typed, anything you wrote in the message box, and, if you chose to give it, a mobile number. We also receive the page you sent the form from, your IP address and the time, which the form uses to block spam.
Nothing is collected when you simply read the site.
How we use it
To reply to you, to propose a session and to send a quote. Your details go by email to the owner of Fit Bud and to the coach matched to your area. They are not sold, shared with advertisers or added to a mailing list. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if you become a client, for the length of the coaching relationship.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare, which may see your IP address when the font file is requested. If a spam-protection widget is added to the form later, this page will say so.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. Deletion requests are acted on within a reasonable time and confirmed by email.
Contact about privacy
Use the enquiry form and write "privacy" in the message box, or reply to any email you have received from Fit Bud. There is no phone line.
