Who small-group training suits
Couples who want to train together, siblings, a parent and an adult child, a group of neighbours in the same village, or a household that wants one appointment instead of four. The people in the group do not need the same fitness level. The coach writes a plan for each person and runs the session so that everyone works at their own pace.
Most people find it easier to keep an appointment when someone else in the house is keeping it too. That is the main reason people choose a group over one-on-one, and it is a good one.
How a group session runs
The coach arrives, sets up in the space you agreed (a living room with the sofa pushed back, the clubhouse, a covered court, a corner of the park) and takes the group through a shared warm-up. After that the work splits. One person might be doing a squat pattern with a kettlebell while another works on a hinge with a band, and the coach moves between them, watching form and adjusting load.
Sessions are usually an hour. Each person gets their own notes at the end, so the plan you keep is yours, even though the session was shared.
What it costs and where the coach travels
There is no published price. A group session is quoted after a short assessment of the group, the space and the location. A transportation charge applies to every in-person session and is quoted by distance from the coach’s base, and for a group it is one charge for the whole session, shared however you like.
In-person groups run in Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac, Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite and Rizal. A household anywhere else in the Philippines can be coached online on one shared call.
